Agreement
These terms apply to the SkinSteps app and the skinsteps.app website ("SkinSteps", "we"). By using SkinSteps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SkinSteps.
Not medical advice
SkinSteps is a tool for planning and tracking a skincare routine. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or dermatologist.
Routines, products and instructions in SkinSteps, including the ready-made routines, are general information. You are responsible for the products you use and how you use them, including following product instructions.
Your information
SkinSteps stores the information you enter on your device. You are responsible for your device and for keeping your own copies. See the privacy policy.
Use of SkinSteps
You may use SkinSteps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse it, including by interfering with it or trying to access it in unauthorised ways.
SkinSteps, including its name, design, icon and content, belongs to us.
Provided "as is"
SkinSteps is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that it is free of errors, available without interruption, or that it produces a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of SkinSteps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for SkinSteps, if anything.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
App stores
If you downloaded SkinSteps from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we may change or stop offering SkinSteps. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed. Using SkinSteps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Severability
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
